With a new 12 width, this roll of parchment paper fits baking pans better to help cook more savoury meals. Reynolds Kitchens Unbleached Parchment Paper is non-stick, so foods slide right off and lining your sheet pan means clean up is a breeze. This unbleached parchment paper is compostable in commercial composting facilities. With your food in the centre of the sheet of parchment, gather two sides and start to fold the parchment until you reach about 2.5cm from the food. Use one hand to hold the fold while you use the other to start crimping in the side of the packet. Make sure you don't have any gaps in the fold. Repeat on the other side as well and press the corners in tightly to make sure everything is secure. Time to cook!
